Both of our locations open up at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and on Sunday our French Quarter location opens up at 12:00 while our Downtown location remains opened at 10:00 a.m.
We employ both male and female therapists and we welcome you to request which service provider you would like to work with.
We offer many different services. If you are questioning whether there are any age requirement’s please inquire within.
We ask that you please provide us with at least a 24 hour notice should you need to change and/or cancel your appointments. If you are a group of 3 or more please provide us with at least a 72 hour notice should you wish to cancel your appointment(s). All of our service providers have a current and up to date Louisiana License. Our staff participates in on going education to stay on top of all current trends.
We offer many different types of services so depending on what you are looking to schedule will determine how many people we can accommodate at once. We are well versed in hosting bridal, bachelorette and other large groups so our goal is to accommodate everyone!
We offer complimentary, water, wine, champagne, mimosas and tea with any service booked with us.
Our French Quarter location hosts 2 full body showers and steam room that comfortably fits 4 people while our Downtown location has 2 large spa showers (one in the women’s locker room and one in the men’s locker room).
Our goal is to make sure you receive the best treatment and service possible. If our website does not answer any question you may have in relation to a treatment we offer please email us directly at email@example.com and we will clarify and get you scheduled!
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. Should you wish to utilize our facilities such as spa showers/steam room please advise when booking your appointment and allow for extra time before or after your service(s).
Both of our locations are located in the city of New Orleans so parking is either found along the street or in a nearby lot. Unfortunately we do not have a parking lot.
If you are late and we are able to accommodate your full service we will do so but if we are booked we can only provide you with the time you allowed.
Each spa client fill out a short intake form which will include medical, allergy and other concerns. This will allow each provider to be educated on your needs before your treatment begins.
You just need to bring yourself! We provide clients with robes, slippers, towels and toiletries such as mouthwash, hairspray, deodorant.
We provide lockers to all clients that wish to lock any of their belongings up. You will be given a key and your belongings will be safe at all times.
We please ask that any children not receiving services please not attend.
You are welcome to wear whatever type of clothing you would like. We will provide you with a robe and slippers should you prefer to change.
Our skin care lines consist of Rhonda Allison products and the full Dermalogica line.
Your hair should be at least 1/4 long before scheduling a wax.
There is no need to feel uncomfortable. All of our service providers are educated, trained professionals and perform these services for a living. If you do wish to not have a certain area worked on please feel free to write this on your individualized intake form.
If you feel as though you are too ticklish to receive treatment in one area please feel free to either voice this directly to your service provider or explain this on your intake form.
We ask that you please turn your cellphone on silent or off while visiting the spa.This is your chance to unwind and receive ultimate relaxation so we ask that you please focus on your well-being and leave your phone in your locker.
Our prices do not include gratuity so if you have a pleasant experience and wish to give your service provider a tip you are welcome to do so either directly or to one of our guest service representatives when checking out. We do accept both cash and credit cards.
