How do I schedule an appointment?

What time do you open?

5We are open 10am-7pm Monday through Saturday and 12noon-5pm on Sunday.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are optional

May I request a male or female therapist?
We welcome you to state a gender preference for your service provider when booking your appointment.
How old must I be to schedule an appointment?
We offer many different services. If you are questioning whether there are any age requirements, please email info@spaatlantis.net.
What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask that you please provide us with at least a 24 hour notice should you need to change and/or cancel your appointments. If you are a group of 3 or more, please provide us with at least a 72 hour notice should you wish to cancel your appointment(s). You are welcome to call us at 504.566.8088 to speak directly with our guest service staff or email us at info@spaatlantis.net.
What is your cancellation/ late arrival policy?
Spa Atlantis is the premiere day spa in New Orleans’ famous French Quarter. Please understand we do not offer parking and street parking spaces are often hard to find. We ask that you give yourself ample time to park. We request all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals can limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience and may result in an abbreviated service if another guest is scheduled directly after you. Guests arriving late are charged in full for their scheduled session.

In order to pay our employee commissions, we may charge 100% of service prices to the card on file for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment times.

What sort of training do your technicians have?
All of our service providers have a current and up to date Louisiana License. Our staff participates in ongoing education to stay on top of all current trends and safety protocol.
Do you do acrylic nails?
We are a traditional nail salon specializing in the natural nail. At this time, we neither apply nor remove acrylic nails. Please see our Nails page for a full list of the nail services we offer.
How many guests can you accommodate at once?
This entirely depends upon what services are scheduled for that day. We are well versed in hosting bridal, bachelorette, and other large groups, so our goal is to accommodate everyone!
Do you serve wine or other alcohol?
We offer complimentary, water, wine, champagne, mimosas, and tea with any service booked with us.
Do you have shower or steam facilities?
We have showers in our locker rooms. We do not currently offer steam or sauna.
How do I determine what service is best for me?
Our goal is to make sure you receive the best treatment and service possible. If our website does not answer any question you may have in relation to a treatment we offer, please email us directly at info@spaatlantis.net, and we will clarify and get you scheduled!
How early should I arrive for my spa service?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. Should you wish to utilize our facilities such as spa showers, please advise when booking your appointment and allow for extra time before or after your service(s).
Where should I park?
Paid street parking is available Monday-Saturday until 7pm. Nights, Sundays, and holidays are free. There are also several lots and garages within walking distance, and the streetcar passes two blocks away.
What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late and we are able to accommodate your full service, we will do so. If we are booked directly following your appointment time, we can only work within the allotted time..
Should I tell anyone about my physical, mental, or allergy concerns?
Each spa client fills out a short intake form which will include medical, allergy, and other concerns. This will allow each provider to be educated on your needs before your treatment begins.
What should I bring to the spa?
You just need to bring yourself! We provide clients with robes, slippers, towels and toiletries such as mouthwash, hairspray, deodorant.
What should I do with my jewelry or valuables?
We provide lockers to all clients that wish to lock any of their belongings up. You will be given a key, and your belongings will be safe at all times.
May I bring my child to the spa?
We ask that any children not receiving services please not attend.
What should I wear?
You are welcome to wear whatever type of clothing you would like. We will provide you with a robe and slippers should you prefer to change.
What kind of skincare products do you use?

Our skincare lines consist the full Dermalogica line.

How long does my hair need to be for waxing?
Your hair should be at least 1/4 long before scheduling a wax.
What if I feel self- conscious about a certain area?
There is no need to feel uncomfortable. All of our service providers are educated, trained professionals and perform these services for a living. If you do wish to not have a certain area worked on, please feel free to write this on your individualized intake form.
What if I’m ticklish?
If you feel as though you are too ticklish to receive treatment in one area, please feel free to either voice this directly to your service provider or explain this on your intake form.
What if I’m pregnant?

Please consult with your doctor before booking to ensure that the massage or body treatment you have selected is safe and appropriate for you. Massage wraps will not be available for pregnant individuals.

May I use my cell phone in the spa?
We ask that you please turn your cellphone on silent or off while visiting the spa. This is your chance to unwind and receive ultimate relaxation, so we ask that you please focus on your well-being and leave your phone in your locker.
Do I need to tip the spa therapist?
Our prices do not include gratuity, so if you have a pleasant experience and wish to give your service provider a tip, you are welcome to do so either directly or to one of our guest service representatives when checking out. We do accept both cash and credit cards.
Where can I go for lunch?
If you are looking for any recommendations such as restaurants, we are more than happy to give you a few ideas. There are dozens of delicious choices nearby!
What are your service terms and conditions?
We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time. We do not offer parking and ask that all guests accommodate travel and parking time into their plans.

The client acknowledges that massage therapy and/or cosmetology is not a substitute for medical care, medical examination, or diagnosis. The client has stated all medical conditions/ medications to the best of their knowledge and will inform their service provider(s) of any changes in their health status.

The client understands that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19.

By scheduling an appointment with us, the client acknowledges that they are aware of the risks involved, they are aware of all policies, and they give consent to receive their scheduled service(s) at Spa Atlantis.
