This eye lifting technique uses cooling eye wands that leave the area around your eyes brighter, stronger, and more energized. Wild Indigo Seed brightens the eyes. Sea Water Extract and Arctic Algae counter puffiness. Fermented Yeast and Hyaluronic Acid create a lifting effect. And Bioactive Diglucosyl Gallic Acid works to brighten.
